REFUND POLICY

For all returns we strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting and/or use a tracked postal option when posting your purchase back to us. Marlo and Madden cannot be held responsible should the item get lost in transit or not received back to us in re-sellable condition. If we do not receive the returned item we cannot action a refund.

Non Faulty Items

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to return all or part of your order please contact Marlo and Madden before sending any items back. We ask for contact prior to return so we can assist you are efficiently as possible.

All returns must arrive back to us in perfect, unused and re-sellable condition this includes the product and the products packaging, within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We will refund the full value of your returned order excluding any postage costs if you return the goods for any reason in accordance with our Non Faulty returns policy.

Faulty

At Marlo and Madden, we check every product to ensure that the highest standards have been met on every item prior to dispatch. Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as you have received your item or the very latest within 48 hours. We ask that when contacting us you please provide photos of any fault or damage to the item to info@marloandmadden.com. We are unable to provide a replacement or refund without proof of faulty or damaged goods.

We always aim to provide a full refund or send a replacement free of charge within 14 working days after we have received proof of faulty or damaged goods. Any refund will be made as soon as possible to the original payment method only, we will not refund to another card or payment method.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Any sale items are non refundable unless faulty and notified within 48 hours of receiving parcel with proof of damage.

SHIPPING POLICY

 It is the buyers responsibility to enter the correct delivery address during checkout. If you enter the wrong address details neither Marlo and Madden nor the courier can be held accountable for this. We ask that you check the address before completing your payment. Marlo and Madden use Royal Mail as their chosen delivery service. Should this change at any point we will update the Policy.

It can take up to 7 working days to fully create and process your order. Marlo and Madden will send an email stating when we have received your order and we will send another email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note if you choose to have your parcel left in a safe place Marlo and Madden nor the courier can be held liable for the parcel once delivered. Should you miss a delivery and do not collect the parcel within the Royal Mail time frames listed on the collection card and your delivery is sent back to us, Marlo and Madden are no longer held liable for your parcel and you will have to provide the extra shipping funds to have the parcel shipped out to you again.

DATA PROTECTION

Marlo and Madden will respect customer privacy at all times and we will never share your information to a third party. Our customers privacy is very important to us and we adhere to GDPR standards.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of our website, social media, promotional materials and emails including all text, trademarks, logos and any other design are protected by copyright laws in the UK. Marlo and Madden do not allow any unauthorised attempt to copy, modify, distribute or reproduce any content from our websites or social media outlets.

As part of the order process, it is necessary for us to collect some personal information from you. This may include your name, address, phone numbers, email addresses and payment details.

ACCURACY OF STOCK LEVELS

Marlo and Madden is a small business which prides itself on providing exceptional quality items for sale to our valued customers. We try our best to keep our products fully stocked on our website. Should an item have sold out we will update the website accordingly. Should there be a mistake where an item is sold which is not in stock, Marlo and Madden will be in contact and provide a time frame of when your hand poured product will be shipped to you.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

ACCURACY OF BILLING, SHIPPING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
